Mit Unterst\u00fctzung der KomRe AG wurde ein Sonderschutzplan \u201eStromausfall\/ Blackout\u201c f\u00fcr den LK OSL entwickelt. Hierzu wurden s\u00e4mtliche kritische Infrastrukturen und BOS erfasst sowie deren Kritikalit\u00e4t, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund verketteter Kaskadeneffekte bewertet und der Bedarf an Kraftstoff f\u00fcr Einsatzfahrzeuge und Notstromaggregate ermittelt. Im Rahmen einer Risikoanalyse wurden au\u00dferdem die zu erwartenden Sach- und Personensch\u00e4den bestimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Zur optimalen Minimierung m\u00f6glicher Sch\u00e4den wurden strategische und operationale Handlungsempfehlungen entwickelt und im Rahmen einer Return-on-Security-Investment-Analyse hinsichtlich Wichtigkeit und Dringlichkeit priorisiert.
